I do not accept insurance at this time.  However, it is possible that your insurance company will reimburse you depending on your benefits.   I am happy to provide you with documentation to file a claim with your insurance company.  If this is of interest to you, please contact your insurance carrier to determine if you have out-of-network benefits.
